those tests below,
results after i drifted away from lit review.
2 full nights. no joke.

okay.
so, if you don't already know,
i'm a person who doesn't favour CHINESE new year.
why?!!
cos it's filled with food, and lots of time wastage(on things i don't like to do).
take for example,
gambling.i quited gambling since 2 years ago.
so i ended up watching tv, playing with the children and listening to the ladies talk.
and, oh man did i felt like an auntie too.

ok so i spend miserable Friday at home.
i completed some hidden object game from arcadetown.com.
somebody should just smack me in the face.
exams next week and i wasted a day just like that.
lols.
Saturday, i went to Jurong East library to study for NSL
and some weird guy asked for my email and de chun jing chi asked for my number as well.yuck
total turn off.
i'm so not going there anytime soon again.
so i went to holland V on Sunday!
studied NSL for a short while and i decided that i had finished studying.
so i reached home at about half past four?
haha
Monday was NSL test from what i thought 9 to 10am.
a one hour paper for 10mcqs and 4 saqs? i can sleep during paper!!
but no. i didnt read the instructions, so when the 29th minute reached,
when the lecturer said, 'one more minute till pens down,'
i got shocked.
luckily i was all ready and was waiting for paper to end.lol
it ended at 930.

met huishi and we headed to town.
had yoshinoya for lunch and thought that we could study at library@orchard.
but when we got up, **DANGDANGDANG**, it was closed!
like, no more forever, CLOSED.
lolllll
so we went to the national library.
how lucky that we got a seat.
after 4 hours, we decided that we couldnt continue and we went walking about city hall area.
saw shaun chen? at suntec city.
he stared at me before looking at huishi okkayy.lolss

today, i reached KAP at like 7am.
read TODAY paper till like 8am, and started studying.
food that i ate today:
-breakfast - ice cream cone + corn dog
-lunch - nuggets meal as always
-dinner - an egg sandwich and fruits.
fat??hahahah
but i walked home.40minutes.
running tmr hopefully!!!

in order:
- to increase my iron level, i ate like DOUBLEcheeseburger on Tuesday, and ALOTofliver on Wednesday.
- to increase my blood pressure, i slept damn late for those two days as well (but it's for completing assignments as well luh actually.lols)

all these yucky things done for just one thing.
that is,
to do a blood donation on Thursday.
see how kind i am?

i survived the disgusting things to do something good!
or well, almost did.

i wanted to donate in 2006 but got rejected cos of low iron level.
i tried to donate on Thursday again.

so this was what happened,
i passed all the tests, happily hopped onto the chair,
and waited to get poked.
hmmm.
so i saw them injected the analgesics (no it wasnt painful. just felt really weird)
thn thn thn. the nurse went to take the bag to collect the blood.
after all the explanation, cleaning site to be injected,
she opened the bag. and i looked away (cos i know that the needle would be ultra thick)
thn she poked.
i didnt feel anything cos the area was numbed.
but she told me when the needle was in.
then i turned to look.
**oh great!! i see blood flowing into the tube connecting the needle and the bag**
but then...
the flow stopped. (like at just about 1/3 that tube)
so she tried to re-locate the vein.
again, i repeat. i couldnt feel anything because i was numbed.
so i just smiled at her.
then she asked me to wait and she went to get another nurse.
oops..a few other nurses came to me as well.
then one senior one removed the needle. i just stared at her.
there was a gauze covering the site and they asked me to apply pressure on the site, so i didnt get to see what happened to my arm.
thn another nurse placed an ice pack above the wound.
ahh.then, i could feel the coldness which slowly, numbed a larger area of my arm
soon after, the doctor came.
thn told me that i had my vein ruptured.
i thought it would just appear as a small bruise. like the usual blue blacks that i ALWAYS get.so i just smiled like normal.
the first nurse came back, with hirudoid cream (acts like heparin to remove clots)
applied for me and tell me the instructions for it and she kept apologising.
and cos i was kinda high (i realised), i smiled at her and told her that it's alright
thn she applied a new piece of gauze for me and wrapped it up for me.

so. i didnt get to donate my blood in the end.
but rest assure, there would be a next time!
im determined to do this.haha

i skipped training cos i couldnt hold my left arm straight cos the site hurts,
and cos my sprained right thumb hadnt recovered.
i got home, unwrapped the yellow smiley faced bandage
uncover the site, and my face went
,,,,,,,

LOLS.ok looks like a cow or smth. but it was seriously YUCK!
and thn i quickly covered it back.
i was shocked luhhhh. i even went 'oh gosh' unconsciously
the bruise was protruding.
shape was ' .F '. (like F for fail.) with a small blue black around it.
and the colour was like THIS
lols. will upload the photo soon after i finish my NR review.
when mommy and kor came home,
they were stunned!

ahaha
anyway, i dont know if the contusion is getting better or worse,
better that the WEIRD COLOURS ARE FADING AWAY into a normal blue black
but worse that the SITE IS EXPANDING!

and yesterday, Friday,
it looked like a lightning.
how will it look like later??

oh and i didnt get an ' .F ' for my NSL prac luckily.
haha
the examinar was very nice and she told me my marks!!!
30/35. dont know if she's lying though.
ahaha

lols. okayyyy.
super long post.
&im supposed to be completing NR.
ok i know i ought to be strike by lightning for drifting off from schoolwork.
haha.
i cant wait to upload photos to this page:D
